How to Fill Your Trip

Every host gets their own trip page, a personal link and a promotion kit. These steps are what work best for filling a group.

  1. 1

    Ask before you launch

Two or three weeks before, ask your community "Would you join me in Morocco?" in a poll or a story. Send the people who say yes to your trip page to register their interest.

  2. 2

    Make launch day an event

Post, stories, newsletter and a live Q&A on the same day, all with your trip link. Most places are booked in the first days.

  3. 3

Give a reason to book now

An early-bird price for the first days, and a small deposit to reserve a place, help people decide.

  4. 4

    Show the trip every week

The route, the desert camp, the food, the riads: share one piece of the trip each week and answer the questions you receive.

  5. 5

    Bring friends together

Ask followers to tag the friend they would travel with. People who book in pairs fill a group fastest.

  6. 6

    Share the progress, honestly

Your page shows the real number of places booked. Sharing "8 of 12 places booked" is the best reminder for people still thinking.

Your promotion kit: your trip page, your personal link, photos of Morocco and ready-to-post texts.

How many travellers do I need?

Most hosted trips have between 6 and 16 travellers. Tell us your expected group size and we will tell you what is possible.

Can the itinerary be completely custom?

Yes. You can start from one of our trip routes or ask for a trip built around your theme: wellness, photography, hiking, food, women-only and more.

Do you accept every request?

No. We study each request to make sure we can give your group a great trip on your dates. We reply to every application.

Do I have to guide the group?

No. Our local guides and drivers lead the trip. As the host, you share the experience with your community and set the mood; we take care of the logistics.

Do I have to travel with the group?

What does it cost to apply?
