Hosting a group trip is one of the best ways to meet your community in real life. You do not need to be a travel agent: a local team designs and runs the trip, and you focus on your people.

1. Choose the right trip for your community
Start from what your community loves. A first hosted trip often goes from Marrakech to the Sahara in 5 to 7 days. Yoga teachers choose a wellness retreat, hiking clubs an Atlas trek, food creators a culture and food trip, photographers a route built around the best light.
2. Decide the group size and the dates
Most hosted trips have between 6 and 16 travellers; you decide the number. Choose dates at least 4 to 6 months ahead so your community can plan holidays and flights. Spring and autumn are the most popular seasons in Morocco.
3. Get a clear price per person
We send you an itinerary and a price per person, with what is included. Your own conditions as a host, such as a free place or your own price for your community, are agreed with you at this stage. A clear price makes the trip easy to promote.
4. Launch your trip page
Your trip gets its own page on Morocco Trip Host with your photo, your story, the programme, the price and the places left. Travellers book their place directly on that page or on WhatsApp.
5. Fill your places
- Ask your community first: a poll or a story asking "Would you join me in Morocco?"
- Make the launch day an event: post, stories, newsletter and a live Q&A
- Offer an early-bird price for the first days
- Show one part of the trip every week: the camp, the riads, the food
- Share the real progress: "8 of 12 places booked" is the best reminder
6. Travel with your group
On the trip, our local guides and drivers lead the visits and handle the logistics. You share the experience with your community, lead your sessions if your trip has them (yoga, photography, workshops) and enjoy Morocco with your people.
